How often have you felt like a thing in your career?

The days of command and control are over. Have you noticed how young people take to being told what to do?

Even with a good dose of respect if people are not motivated to do what you intend chances are it will not get done. Leadership is about inspiring people, moving them into action with respect and giving them the room to choose.
The days of industrial and military forms of "bossing" people around are over. Yet very few of us have a tool box that contains the tools necessary to inspire, to motive and to move people in a way that aligns with not only your intention, but theirs as well.

We are a group of inquisitive entrepreneurs that feel developing and implementing these types of  motivational tools is the most important priority in the early part of this 21st century. We are in the midst of a world wide paradigm shift where the social and business rules that have been in place for generations suddenly do not work anymore.
